Please confirm the following:

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Miles Škoda Track Experience will take place on 3 March 2026 at Ruapuna Motorsport Park (8:00am-12:30pm) and is $50 per person.
  2. Miles Škoda will confirm placements.
  3. Participants must hold a valid full New Zealand driver’s licence and be aged 25 years or older.
  4. All driving activities will use Škoda vehicles provided by Miles Škoda.
  5. The event will stay within the Safety Plan for Ruapuna Motorsport Park, which is limited to a top speed of 100kph.
  6. Cancellations made before 16 February will receive a full refund; cancellations after this are non-refundable.
  7. Content will be taken at the event, and attendees agree that this may be used for marketing purposes.
  8. Miles Škoda reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event, in which case participants will receive a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled event.
  9. Subject to Driver Safety and Ruapuna Motorsport Park terms and conditions.
  10. All participants will be required to read and sign an indemnity and privacy agreement form upon arrival at the event before participating in any driving activities.

Liability & Responsibility:

  1. Miles Skoda will cover the insurance of the vehicles however by participating in the drive event, you will be liable for any applicable insurance excess in the event of an accident or loss, which is $5,000.
  2. The vehicle insurance provided as part of the event excludes cover for personal items/effects being carried or stored within the vehicle.
  3. Cover is provided on the basis that you are 25 years or older and hold a current full New Zealand drivers licence for the class of vehicle supplied, and the vehicle is operated within New Zealand Laws, and the vehicle is only driven on public or private roads at all times.
